The Sonnenhotel Soldanella-Sonneck in Samnaun is very conveniently located. Very close to the world's first double-decker gondola that transports 180 people to the ski area at the same time. We also offer a free ski bus transfer to the cable car. The access routes are excellently cleared in winter, so that you do not have to fear any difficulties when arriving. A local bus station is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

 

Arrival from Switzerland
Samnaun can be reached via the Engadine road through the Vereina tunnel in winter or via the Flüela pass in summer, Vinadi junction to Samnaun.

Vereina tunnel: for a guaranteed transit with the Rhaetian Railway (car train) to the Lower Engadine.

 

Arrival from Austria
Coming from the Fernpass, drive in Imst in the direction of Bregenz to Landeck, then take the junction to Meran-St. Use the Moritz-Reschenpass. Now the Inntalstrasse to Pfunds, junction Kajetansbrücke and via Spiss, finally to Samnaun.
 

Arrival from Arlberg
Coming from Lake Constance, drive past Bregenz in the direction of Landeck / Tirol. Cross the Arlberg tunnel (or over the Arlberg pass) to Landeck, then turn off to Meran - St. Moritz-Reschenpass. Now take the Inntalstrasse to Pfunds, junction Kajetansbrücke and via Spiss to Samnaun.
 

Faster in Samnaun
The Vereina line is the train connection between Klosters and Lavin / Lower Engadin, built at the end of 1999. Thanks to the Vereina tunnel, the travel time from Zurich to Samnaun by public transport is reduced by two hours. Transporting your car through the Vereina tunnel by rail creates a winter-safe connection and you are much faster in Samnaun.
 

Local bus and ski bus
The local bus connects all localities within the Samnaun valley in summer and winter. The ski bus runs in winter. The use of the local bus and ski bus is free for guests of the Samnaun valley.
