TO SKI
We don't know a better place for skiing than the Silvretta Arena Samnaun-Ischgl. Our sun hotel in Samnaun is ideally located to start skiing fun right from the hotel door. The modern double-decker cable car station is only a 5-minute walk from our house. This eliminates waiting and transport times and you can get started right away. We also offer a free private transport service that takes you directly from our Sonnenhotel to the cable car station.

In the Eastern Alps there is no comparable ski area that extends - coherently - over so many valleys and peaks and has such a large variety of ski slopes of all levels of difficulty. On holiday in Samnaun you can expect over 40 lifts, lots of deep snow runs and an extraordinary winter panorama. With the merger of Samnaun with the Tyrolean holiday resort of Ischgl , one of the most spacious ski areas has been created with over 230 km of slopes.

Comfort and lots of fun are in the foreground. Everyone is invited to take part. You can enjoy a wonderful day of skiing in the Ischgl-Samnaun ski arena. The best way to end this eventful day is with a sociable, happy après-ski in Samnaun, starting on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Alptrida Sattel mountain station Twinliner. Please register by Monday evening at the latest.

CROSS-COUNTRY
Cross-country skiing is a pleasure for beginners, advanced and professionals on a total of 4 km of trails on a winter holiday in Samnaun. Thanks to illuminated routes, this sport can be practiced in the Samnaun Valley at any time of the day.
SLEDGE
Sledging is great fun on a winter holiday in Switzerland. The total length of 5 km natural toboggan run makes sledding a pleasure for the whole family. Night tobogganing is a special experience on the torch-lit toboggan runs.

SNOWSHOE HIKING
There are two well-marked and secured snowshoe trails in the Samnaun Valley, which are also suitable for beginners. The snowshoe hikes are most beautiful when there is fresh snow, when you can be the first to draw a trail in the powdery snow. Snowshoes can be rented in the Samnaun sports shops.

SKIING IN THE "WINTER FLOWER DREAM" CHILDREN'S LAND IN SAMNAUN
In Samnaun the flowers bloom even in winter and they are quite impressive. In the winter flower dream, bellflower, arnica and crocus grow over 4 m. The children particularly enjoy learning to ski among the oversized flowers.
CIRCULAR HIKING AND FAIRY TALE TRAIL
In Samnaun Dorf at the Musella parking lot, an interactive, entertaining adventure trail with 10 adventure stations begins, which is also open in winter. Set out with your family with the marmots Murmin and Murmina to look for a magic herb that Murmin's family can use to wake up from hibernation.
Venture into the eagle owl tree, climb giant deer antlers and fly to the marmot den with an eagle. The circular hiking & fairy tale trail based on a fairy tale book by Rudolf Mirer and Silvio Lebrument is illuminated in the evening.
